Terms of Service

The agreement between Edu Studio AI and the schools and people who use it.

The service

Edu Studio AI provides school management and AI-assisted learning software as a subscription. Each school gets its own isolated workspace managed by its administrators.

Accounts and roles

  • Schools are responsible for who they invite and which roles they assign.
  • Users must keep their credentials private and use their real identity.
  • Students' use is subject to their school's policies and supervision.

AI content

AI-generated material (explanations, quizzes, lesson plans, notes) is produced by machine and may contain mistakes. Teachers review AI drafts before classroom use; students should treat the tutor as a study aid, not an oracle. Edu Studio AI is not liable for decisions made solely on AI output.

Fees and billing

Subscriptions are billed per school in advance. Fees collected by schools from parents belong to the school; Edu Studio AI only records them. Trial periods convert to paid plans only when a school chooses one.

Acceptable use

  • No attempts to access other schools' data or other users' accounts.
  • No abusive, unlawful or academically dishonest use of AI features.
  • No reselling of the service without a written agreement.

Termination and data

Schools may cancel anytime; data remains exportable for a reasonable wind-down period before deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
